The Mr. Rogers Properties websites and mobile apps (collectively, “Websites”; and individually, “Website”). Mr. Rogers Properties provides numerous services, including as referenced on the Websites (“Services”).
Mr. Rogers Properties reserves the right, at its discretion, to revise the terms of this Agreement and/or change, suspend, discontinue or modify any aspect of any Website. Such modifications may include, without limitation, changes in content, in user priorities, and discontinuance of functional aspects of any Website. By providing a User Submission, you grant to Mr. Rogers Properties a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, fully paid‑up, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Submission, in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to operating, improving, and promoting the Services and Mr. Rogers Properties’ business.
3.6. Monitoring; Removal. Mr. Rogers Properties reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to monitor or review User Submissions and to remove or disable access to any User Submission at any time and for any reason or no reason, including if Mr. Rogers Properties determines in its sole discretion that a User Submission is objectionable or in violation of these Full Terms of Use. Mr. Rogers Properties is not responsible or liable for any User Submissions or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any User Submissions.
